SHIPPING and RETURNS & REFUNDS
SHIPPING
We endeavour to ship as soon as possible after ordering. In some cases this may be up to two-three business days. If there is a further delay for shipping an item, we will communicate that to you immediately and you will be given an option to wait or cancel. We use Australia Post for all deliveries and are reliant upon them for expected delivery times. In recent times this can be anything from 2-10 working days. If you need your order expedited, please specify your desired timeframe and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping prices will be apparent upon placement in the cart, but are working on having them listed on the product page. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all orders over AUS $60.00.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Change of mind
Of course we want you to be happy with your chosen product, however if there is a personal choice of change of mind, the following procedure will apply:
You are required to notify us of any change of mind within five (5) business days of receipt of goods.
We will refund the cost of the item/s only (not the return shipping), upon the return of the item/s.
You will be required to send back the item/s intact in the same packaging that you received the item/s.
Please advise us in advance by e-mail, quoting the initial order number if you are returning, so that we can expect the item/s. An address will be advised once we have this written request from you.
Damaged goods
We endeavour to ensure all goods are packed well to avoid any mishaps or damage. If this does occur, please send us an e-mail immediately, quoting the order number and a photo showing the damaged goods with the packaging. We can then arrange for a replacement to be sent at our cost.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within four (4) hours of submitting it. If your shipment has already been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it. Refunds will not be issued on shipments that are in transit.
